Terms of use
Draft for operator review - 6 September 2026. Not yet adopted. Operator details are confirmed; public hosting and the outstanding implementation controls remain to be finalized before release.
Operator and scope
GEN AI MONEY Studio is operated by Manuel Pascal Burghartz, Untergasse 12a, 56645 Nickenich, Rheinland-Pfalz, Germany, highvaluedigitalproducts@gmail.com. The present version is an internal Windows application for the operator's own accounts. These terms do not create a paid consumer subscription, a public service commitment or a Google partnership.
YouTube
By using this application's YouTube functionality, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. YouTube functionality is also subject to Google's applicable API rules. The operator must authorize the intended account and control the content and metadata submitted on its behalf. Neither OAuth authorization nor a local release can override a provider restriction.
Content and release control
The operator is responsible for having the necessary rights to uploaded video, sound, images and text, and for accurate disclosures. AI-generated material may require factual, editorial and rights review. Suggested scripts or metadata are drafts until reviewed. A publication release applies only to the chosen version and destination; changing publication text or visibility requires a new release.
The application must not be used for artificial engagement, impersonation, harassment, unauthorized access, misleading evidence or evasion of platform limits. It does not promise reach, monetization eligibility or revenue.
Availability and external services
The local computer, connection, account authorization and provider availability determine whether a job can run. The application may pause for review, errors, capacity or provider restrictions. An uncertain external response is not permission to upload the same video again. Uploaded content remains subject to the destination provider's controls and terms.
Data and ending use
The privacy notice describes data handling and the present limitations. The local disconnect action removes the local grant; Google-side revocation is separate. Ending local use does not automatically remove published content from YouTube. Use YouTube's own controls for that purpose unless an authorized deletion feature is explicitly implemented.
Liability and mandatory rights
No performance or revenue guarantee is given. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or remove mandatory statutory rights. Any future paid or externally distributed offering requires terms appropriate to its actual contract and jurisdiction.
Contact and updates
Questions about operation, content or these terms should be sent to highvaluedigitalproducts@gmail.com. Material changes to the scope, external services or data handling require an updated policy and appropriate notice before use.
