Local video production and publishing for two owned educational channels.

What the application does
The Windows application helps its operator create English explanatory videos, review scripts and evidence, generate narration, render a local master and prepare a release package. A package identifies one video version, one destination account, a title, description, thumbnail, visibility and optional first comment. Production and publication have separate records.
The two channel brands are Tomamo AI, covering practical AI workflows, and MPBContent, explaining consumer technology. There is no public customer registration, client subscription, advertising marketplace or sale of YouTube data. Future channel monetization is an objective, not an existing result.
YouTube API Services
The application uses YouTube API Services for channel identification and approved uploads. Google sign-in takes place in the browser. The application checks the exact channel ID before using a grant. Each account has its own authorization. It does not collect Google passwords.
The operator can inspect the local master and edit publication text and visibility. The worker transfers approved files through the resumable upload API, applies the selected thumbnail, checks processing and actual visibility, and optionally posts the approved comment under the destination channel. Ambiguous responses pause the operation to avoid duplicate uploads.
Current limitation: both accounts have upload and comment authorization, but the shared API project has no recorded public-upload audit approval. Public packages are waiting. No successful live upload is presented as evidence.
Local operation and review access
The production interface is accessible only on the operator's Windows computer. This information page is not a remotely accessible production dashboard. A reviewer must be provided with screenshots and an agreed demonstration or isolated review build; the operator's account credentials are not supplied.
